Brycus uses "Cookies" and other similar mechanisms (hereinafter, Cookies). Cookies are files sent to a browser through a web server to record the Client's activities on a specific web page or on all web pages, apps and / or services of BRYCUS (hereinafter, the Services).

The main purpose of Cookies is to provide the Customer with faster access to the selected Services. In addition, Cookies personalize the services offered by BRYCUS, facilitating and offering each Customer information of interest or that may be of interest, in attention to the use made of the Services.

Cookies are only associated with an anonymous user and their computer and do not provide references that allow the user to deduce personal data. The Client may configure his browser to notify and reject the installation of cookies sent by BRYCUS, without affecting the user's ability to access the contents. However, we would like to point out that, in any case, the quality of the functioning of the website may decrease.

Users who register or have logged in may benefit from more personalized services oriented to their profile, thanks to the combination of the data stored in the Cookies with the personal data used at the time of registration. These users expressly authorize the use of this information for the indicated purpose, without prejudice to their right to reject or disable the use of Cookies.

1. Typology, purpose and operation of Cookies

Cookies, depending on their permanence, are divided into two types: session cookies and permanent cookies. The former expire when the user closes the browser, while the latter expire when the purpose for which they serve is met (for example, so that the user remains identified in the BRYCUS Services), or when they are manually deleted. Additionally, depending on its purpose, Cookies can be classified as follows:

a) PERFORMANCE COOKIES: This type of Cookie remembers your preferences for the tools found in the Services, so you do not have to reconfigure the service each time you visit us.

b) GEOLOCATION COOKIES: These Cookies are used to find out in which country you are when a Service is requested. This Cookie is completely anonymous, and is only used to help guide the content according to its location.

c) REGISTRATION COOKIES: Registration cookies are generated once the user has registered or subsequently started their session, and they are used to identify you in the Services with the following objectives:

- Keep the Client identified so that, if a Service closes and re-enters it at another time, it will remain identified, facilitating its navigation without having to re-identify itself. This functionality can be suppressed if the user presses the "close session" functionality, so that this Cookie is deleted and the next time it enters the Service, the Customer will have to log in to be identified.

- Check if the User is authorized to access certain Services, for example, to participate in a contest.

- Additionally, some Services may use connectors with social networks such as Facebook or Twitter. When the Client registers in a Service with credentials of a social network, it authorizes the social network to keep a persistent Cookie that remembers its identity and guarantees access to the Services until it expires. The user can delete this Cookie and revoke access to the Services through social networks by updating their preferences in the specific social network.

d) ANALYTICAL COOKIES: Each time a Customer visits a Service, a tool from an external provider (Omniture, Netscope, Comscore and similar, which may be added to this list if they vary in relation to the current ones) generates a Cookie analytics in the user's computer. This Cookie, which is only generated during the visit, will serve in future visits to the BRYCUS Services to anonymously identify the visitor. The main objectives that are pursued are:

- Allow the anonymous identification of the navigating users through the "Cookie" (identifies browsers and devices, not people), and, therefore, the approximate accounting of the number of visitors and their trend over time.

- Identify anonymously the most visited contents and therefore more attractive to users.

- Know if the user that is accessing is new or repeat visit.

In this way, they allow to offer advertising related to the interests of the user.

f) THIRD PARTY ADVERTISING COOKIES: In addition to the advertising managed by BRYCUS in its Services, this website may offer its collaborators the option of serving ads through third parties ("Ad-Servers"). In this way, these third parties can store Cookies sent from the BRYCUS Services coming from the users' browsers, as well as access the data stored therein. Trust Shops Trustbadge integration:

To display our Trusted Shops quality seal and the valuations collected, as well as to offer Trusted Shops products to buyers after placing an order, this website includes the Trusted Shops Trustbadge badge.

For the purposes of a weighting of interests, this allows us to protect mainly our legitimate interests when marketing our offer in an optimal way. The Trustbadge badge and the services advertised with it constitute an offer by Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne (Germany).

Each time the Trustbadge flag is queried, the web server automatically saves the so-called server log file, which contains, for example, its IP address, the date and time of the visit, the amount of data transmitted and the requesting provider. (access data), while registering the visit. This access data is not evaluated and is automatically overwritten no later than seven days after concluding your visit to the page.

Other personal data are transmitted only to Trusted Shops, insofar as, once an order has been formalized, you have opted to use the Trusted Shops products or have already registered to enjoy their use. In this case, the contractual agreement between you and Trusted Shops will apply.
