How much will I pay for shipping?

The maximum amount of shipping costs is € 12 for orders less than € 300. From € 300, shipping costs are free for the entire peninsula (except for orders whose weight is greater than 2001 kg). In any case, the amount to be paid will appear at the moment of formalizing the order.


How and when will I receive it?


At the time of formalizing the order, you will see the usual delivery period that is usually 48-72 hours for products in stock and 5 days for the rest of products. The indicated delivery times are informative and based on the average calculated in working days. Occasionally there may be higher delays, in this case the customer may withdraw the order unilaterally, replacing the amounts paid in the order.

Can I return the order?


If the order does not meet your expectations you have the right to return it within a maximum period of 14 days, but in this case the shipping costs are borne by the customer as established by law.


And if it arrives broken?


All our goods travel insured, so if you receive an item in poor condition, you have the right to immediate replacement at no cost. In order to process the claim to the agency, we need you to send us a photograph showing the damage within a maximum period of 24 hours.

What is the guarantee of my order?


Any manufacturer, by law, is obliged to give a guarantee of at least 2 years.

From Brycus we are committed to offering the Guaranteed Minimum Price to all our customers. The customer has to request the price adjustment before finalizing the order or before making the payment by transfer.


Below we describe some conditions to be able to benefit from our policy of minimum guaranteed price:


· The most economical product found must be the same as the purchased one: new, in its original packaging, without having been used, and with the official manufacturer's warranty in Spain, as sold by us.


· The product purchased must have been purchased under the same form of payment (cash on delivery, credit card, bank transfer or PayPal) and under the same conditions. Also, always compare the final price (VAT and shipping included).


· Prices found on the Auctions website will not be valid.


· Times of Sales do not fall within this point. That is, you can not compare the prices of the products in time of sales with the price before them.


· Outlets and stocks in liquidation are also excluded


· The customer must justify by email the offer of the other store taking into account all these points.
