The Mini-Clik is the most effective sensor to prevent sprinklers from starting during or after the rain. It is easily installed in any automatic irrigation system, closes the sprinklers during a storm and keeps them closed. Thus we take advantage of the amount of rainfall. The sensor disks absorb water and expand proportionally to the amount of rainfall. For example: a small rainfall would cause little absorption, a storm of 15 mm. It would lead to more absorption and expansion. The discs, being very wet, expand and activate a switch that cuts the programmer circuit to the solenoid valves, which interrupts the programming. Once dry they contract, deactivating the switch. The Mini-Clik automatically adjusts without altering the programming of the programmer.
