They are trees that due to their characteristics should be located outside, ideal for balconies, gardens and terraces. Deciduous tree up to 30 m tall, with gray bark, fissured with age. Leaves are ovate, with a toothed margin and a rounded base. Hanging male flowers 3-5 cm long, and female flowers grouped at the end of the twigs of the year. The fruits form hanging clusters.

SUBSTRATUM
Akadama 100% or mixed with volcanic clay (30% clay). It is a tree that likes organic matter and a slight acidity of the soil, so it can be mixed with blond peat.

Structural pruning can be done in winter, when the tree is leafless and the result is easier to predict.
GRIPPING
