PROCEDURE FOR RECEIVING ORDERS

A) Weight from 1 kg to 30 kg and with measures smaller than 1m x 1m x 1m -Delivery will be made to the door of the CONTRACTOR's address.

B) Weight from 31kg to 1000kg and with measures smaller than 2.3m -Delivery will be made at street level where with a platform the truck can lower the merchandise to the ground. It is not the responsibility or work of the carrier to transport the package inside the home, farm or premises, unless it has been previously hired.

C) Weight from 31kg to 1000kg and with measures greater than 2.3m -Only included in transportation to the CONTRACTOR's address, the unloading at street level is not included. These measures exceed the width of the truck and it is impossible to unload by transpallet from the rear. In order to unload the merchandise from the truck, the CONTRACTOR must have the necessary means such as an elevator or personnel. It is not the responsibility or job of the carrier to unload the street at the street of the order, unless it has been previously hired.
